Rules of Engagement:
1. Your own clubs are permitted and recommended. Please make sure your clubs are clean and the faces are free of debris. Any dirt that comes in contact with the machine may compromise the electronics. We have a limited number of rental clubs onsite as well as new clubs for purchase.
2. No outside alcoholic beverages will be permitted. Grip it has a full-service bar and take out options available for delivery. There are also vending machines and a snack station available.
3. Golf shoes are permitted, but metal spikes are not allowed inside the building. Metal spikes can damage the simulators and are a trip/slip hazard inside the facility. If you show up with metal spikes and cannot play due to the lack of other footwear, you will be charged for your booth rental if you cannot play. We are not responsible for your poor choices.
4. The simulators are to be used by one customer at a time. There is a red line indicating where spectators must stand when the golf simulator is active. You must wait your turn behind the red line during use.
5. No food or drink is permitted beyond the red line. This means no drinks or food are to be in the simulators even while the simulators aren’t in use.
6. You can use your ball of choice, but it must be clean. If you use your own balls and they have sharpie or dirt on them they can permanently damage our screens. If this happens and you are caught, it will result in you forfeiting your time, be charged for your full reservation and kindly asked to leave.
7. Please be courteous and arrive 10-15 minutes before your tee time to ensure you tee off on time. Much like a real golf course, other golfers don’t want to wait for you. Your session will end at the time noted and if you came late, you will have less time to golf.
8. 21 years or older to drink and ID will be required if purchasing alcohol.
9. You will need a credit card to reserve your time and a cancelation fee of 40 dollars will be charged if you do not show up for your scheduled tee time or cancel within 24 hours of your tee time. No charge will be applied if you cancel prior to 24 hours of your tee time. If you book a 2-hour time slot or more, a deposit will be required.
10. Due to children being allowed in the building and on the machines, no profanity will be tolerated. This is respectful environment much like a real golf course.
11. Dress code is casual, but we reserve the right to refuse entry if clothing is distasteful or disrespectful. 12. Every player and guest is required to sign a waiver prior to engaging in any activity on Grip It's property. 13. No unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 are allowed to golf without adult supervision.

Yes, you can book via our website
2. Can I bring my own clubs?
Yes, we recommend this, but no dirty clubs will be allowed. They must be clean. Dirt and grime can impact the functionality of the machine and damage the screen. Be courteous, clean your clubs.
3. Can I use my own balls?
Yes, but the same rules apply for clubs. The balls must be clean and free of debris. We sell balls to ensure you are able to use clean, high quality balls in case you don't come prepared.
4. Do you have clubs I can borrow?
Yes, we have readymade sets you can rent for 10 dollars. Please call ahead of your appointment to ensure we have clubs available to set aside for you. We also have clubs for sale that you can test out on a course.
5. Can I bring my own food and drink into Grip it?
Yes and No. Food is welcome from one of our great neighbors. Drink, if nonalcoholic is also welcome. Anyone bringing in alcohol from the outside, will forfeit their game, not be refunded and will be asked to leave.
6. Can I wear golf shoes?
Yes and No. Plastic, clean shoes are fine. Metal spikes are not allowed on the property.
7. Do you have merchandise for sale in case I forget something?
Yes, we have merchandise available for purchase.
8. Do I have to pay for the full time I reserved or is it only what I use?
Due to bays being prescheduled and reserved, you will be charged for the full time of your reservation.
9. Can I extend my play time if I want to continue beyond my reservation?
Yes, if the time slot after you is available.
10. How old do you have to be to use the simulators?
We ask that children under the age of 14 are accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
11. Can I bring a trainer with me?
Absolutely yes. You are welcome to use the simulators to improve your game.
12. How long does it take to play 18 holes on your simulator?
Typically, if putting is reduced to a generous "gimmie" setting, 1 person can play 18 in an hour. If you have 2 people and remove putting, you can generally finish 18 in an hour and a half.
13. Can I use tees in your simulators.
No, the hitting surface is top of the line and tees are a hazard to both the surface and people in the building (bounce back). We provide bird tees, with multiple heights, for each bay.
